When you submit a contact or demonstration-request form, subscribe to our newsletter, apply for a role, or reach out to our sales or press teams, we collect the details you choose to give us. You should not include classified, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or export-controlled technical data in your application.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. For example, we generally retain contact and inquiry records for the period needed to follow up and maintain our business records, and applicant records for the period needed to evaluate candidates and meet employment and recordkeeping requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless we are required to retain it.

Any aircraft performance figures shown on the Site are drawn from publicly available information. Detailed engineering data is not published and is shared only under appropriate U.S. export-control authorization.
